Processing time

All items are crafted by colours you have chosen after order is received. 

After an order is received, it usually takes 3-5 working days to fulfill it. During busy periods or when an order consists of multiple items, it may take up to one week more. In case this happens you will get a notification with the updated information about your order.

Items in category “Ready to Ship” usually is pre-made and can be shipped within 1 working day.

Estimated shipping times & conditions

Items are shipped via Lithuanian Post Office with tracking a number.
Approximate delivery times: 1-2 days in Lithuania; 7-14 days in Europe; 10-21 days worldwide.

Please notice that the holiday periods (as Christmas time) are very busy for delivery companies, so shipping times may be longer than usual.

We are not responsible for lost or returned items. Please make sure the address is correct when checking out. All orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk.

Customs and Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
