Processing time

All items are crafted by colours you have chosen after order is received. 

Usually we fulfil all orders in one working day. It may take 3-5 working days during the busy periods and when order consists of multiple items.

Items in category “Limited Edition” usually is pre-made and can be shipped within 1 working day.

Estimated shipping times & conditions

Items are shipped via Lithuanian Post Office with tracking a number.
Approximate delivery times: 1-2 days in Lithuania; 7-14 days in Europe; 10-21 days worldwide.

Please notice that the holiday periods (as Christmas time) are very busy for delivery companies, so shipping times may be longer than usual.

We are not responsible for lost or returned items. Please make sure the address is correct when checking out. All orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk.

Customs and Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
